If you’ve never bought a home before (or it’s been a while) the process can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make it simple, clear, and stress-free from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect:

First, we start with a conversation. This is where I learn about your goals, your finances, and what you’re looking to accomplish. From there, we move into getting you pre-approved. This step is key. It gives you a clear understanding of your budget and shows sellers you’re a serious buyer.

Next, you’ll connect with a real estate agent and begin house hunting. Once you find the right home, you’ll submit an offer. When your offer is accepted, we move into escrow.

During escrow, several important things happen at once. The home is inspected, an appraisal is ordered, and your loan goes through underwriting. This is where I stay closely involved, keeping you updated, communicating with all parties, and making sure everything moves forward smoothly.

Once your loan is fully approved, you’ll review and sign your final documents. After that, we fund the loan and record, meaning the home is officially yours.
